I created this scene as part of a greater educational game concept centered around developing healthy habits in children. In this scene, healthy foods help our avatar fend off the common cold by making it progressively stronger and faster.
I produced this scene using the popular gaming software Construct 3. Instead of using complicated scripting and programming language, Construct 3 uses a block system to define how gameplay works. These blocks are called “events” and are made up of conditions and actions. This straightforward approach makes game making accessible to all levels of skill and experience.
